Booking Policy
As soon as you make your reservation, you will receive this link with details of payment. Please pay within two working days to secure your place, or – if the tour will take place in the next three days – then as soon as possible. If you are booking via an online paying link (ARTSVP, STRIPE…), then payment will have to be made as you confirm your attendance.
If you are unable to attend an event for which you have booked, your place can be transferred by you to a new person of your choice (in this case, please let me know the name of the person who will come instead of you).
Please note that I can only commit to run a tour if I have an attendance of 4 people minimum. In some cases, I will accept to run the tour if I have fewer participants, but this will be discretionary.
If I have to cancel the tour, due to a shortage of participants or for another reason outside of my control, then I will reimburse the cost of the tour or offer you an alternative day that suits you. I will always give as much notice as possible.
