Let me invite you this month of June to explore the fascinating Shoreditch art scene with me. We will discover an extraordinary range of art in often hard-to-find places – above a pub, below a restaurant, behind closed doors. Emerging galleries, established art spaces, street art nailed to a wall in a cul de sac; Shoreditch is always evolving, reinventing. You will see work by Frank Bowling whose exhibition just opened at the Tate (but in the calm of a local gallery), and we will hear from the curators and gallerists who are most familiar with the work on their walls.
